"I wanted to write you and your staff a letter of thanks. The day I stopped in to schedule an
appointment for a quote for a reroof, Elaine was very helpful. She was very courteous and professional. She accommodated us with a time for Konrad to make a visit to our home for an evaluation.

Konrad was very punctual for our appointment and did a very thorough inspection of our roof.
He actually climbed up on the roof and took a look around (something another company we were inquiring about did not do). He presented us with his findings and options for a new roof. As requested, Konrad called back to see if we had any questions. At this time, we decided to give our business to your company. We scheduled another meeting to finalize the contract. Due to a family matter, Konrad was not able to make the appointment, but we were pleased to meet you, Matt.

Reuben and his crew were very professional and courteous everv'day, If they were asked to
move their vehicles so my wife could back out of the garage, they were very accommodating. All of your staff had a very pleasant demeanor and did not hesitate to answer any questions about the job or about the next phase.

The roof looks GREAT! We are very pleased with the appearance of the roof and the grounds.
The crew left our property exactly how they found it. They cleaned up after themselves each day they were here.

You should be very proud of your staff! I work as a service manager for a service company and
deal with the public every day, much like you. It is not always easy to please everyone that you

"... I met with 4 other roofing companies, 2 showed up and spent all of 15 minutes preparing a bid, which is a joke, another showed up and his truck broke down in my driveway. No signage on the trucks, only 1 had business cards, and their idea of a bid was a scrawled notes on a legal pad in 1 case, an the other 2 were 2 days late sending their bid. Only one of the 4 had a website. None, that I am aware of, had an actual office location.

The trademen who did the work, are clearly the best at what they do. These guys are serious roofers, and some of the work I needed done, was custom work, and they made it look easy. Craftsman. The roof looks fantastic, everything that was supposed to be done, was done, and to top it off, the rep came back, as well as the General Manager, after the project was done, for one last inspection.

Diversified Roofing is the best roofing company in Lancaster and Chester County, period, end of story, it's not even a competition. This is a professional organization, and I give them, my highest recommendation."
